Policies
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal here at Painted White. Our policies are specified below (subject to updates and/or change whenever necessary):
CUSTOMER SERVICE:

SERVICE: If you have a question regarding a recent order, our products or policies, or anything else relating to our business, please contact us at paintedwhitebyalicew@gmail.com. Our hours of operation are from 10am to 6pm (Eastern Standard time) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Customer care emails are typically responded to within one business day. We take off Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays for personal and family time. Emails received on these days, and weekdays after 6pm, will be responded to the following business day.

RETURNS: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will make every effort to amend the situation. All returns are subject to prior approval. If your request for a return is approved, you will be refunded the entire amount of the purchase price to your Paypal account, minus shipping and handling charges. You will be responsible for safely returning the item(s) to us prior to receiving the refund. Returns will NOT be given for the following: digital graphics and website/graphic designs (includes all Premade OOAK, Limited Edition, and Custom website templates.) Returns for items damaged in transit may only be partially refunded and are subject to our discretion.

EXCHANGES: Occassionaly exchanges are offered for mistakes made on our part. If you receive the wrong item or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us regarding an exchange. Our vintage and one-of-a-kind items cannot be considered for an exchange unless they are the same price as your original purchase. Shipping charges for the returned item are subject to our discretion.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING:

PAYMENT METHODS: Painted White accepts and prefers Paypal payments, but also accepts Money Orders. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing an order, if you intend to pay by money order - otherwise your order may not go through, and your items may still be available for sale. PLEASE MAKE MONEY ORDERS PAYABLE TO "ALICE WINGERDEN" and NOT Painted White- otherwise your money order will be returned and you will not receive your goods. We do not accept personal checks.

PACKAGING: Every item at Painted White is packaged with the utmost care. We wrap each in bubblewrap and ensure that the box or envelope is well padded to avoid damage in transit. Gift wrapping is available upon request for an additional fee of $5.00 per item.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES: Each item is given a unit value to determine its shipping cost, within your shopping cart. Unfortunately, this system does not allow for combined shipping fees for multiple items. If you are purchaing more than one item and would like a combined shipping charge, please contact us, and we will happily amend the fee. You can also choose to wait and recieve a refund, that will be sent directly to your Paypal account, once your order has been processed. All shipping fees are for the Domestic United States only, so if you are not within this region, additional shipping fees will be applied. Please contact us prior to purchasing if this is the case. A small handling fee, to cover the cost of bubblewrap and mailers, is applied to each item and is typically around $1.00/per item.

SHIPPING METHODS: Items over 1 lb. are shipped via Priority Mail or Parcel Post. All items under 1 lb. are shipped via First Class Mail. Items are mailed within 1-5 business days after payment is received. You can check the status of your order on our site through our Order Tracking page with the email address you checked out with and your order number. Please allow at least 3 weeks before contacting us regarding the shipment of your item(s). We purchase delivery confirmation for all orders (other than those sent First Class Mail), so if you have not recieved an order after three weeks time, contact us and we will be able to track its status through the postal service.

PRIVACY:
- Here at Painted White, we respect your right to privacy and will not disclose, sell or rent any of your personal information including your name, address, telephone number and email to any third party. The same holds true for our design clientele - we will not share any sensitive information, including usernames or passwords, that are given to us and will only use them for the appropriate purposes.
