Personal Use:

• image may be used for your own digital scrapbooking, album making, artwork etc. that is NOT for commercial resale
• image may be printed off and used for your own personal scrapbooking, album making, artwork, etc. that is NOT for commercial resale
• image may be used for your own personal NON-commercial website, blog, etc., but must contain the appropiate link back to our site on any page it is displayed on

Commercial Use:

• image may be used for your own commercial website, but must contain the appropriate link back to our site on any page it is displayed on
• image may be used in website/eBay templates that you create for resale, but must contain the appropiate link back to our site on any page it is displayed on (contact Alice W. for our eBay link if necessary)
• image may be used in your own artwork, digital work, etc. that you intend to resell, submit for publication, etc. with appropriate credit given.

Painted White prohibits the use of our images for the following:

• reselling of/distributing our digital and web graphics to third parties and/or claiming them as your own
• failing to provide the appropriate link on websites/pages that our graphics are displayed on
• failing to provide credit information for work you choose to resell featuring our graphics
• crediting another source for graphics provided by Alice W.
• using graphics specified for "Personal Use Only" for commercial purposes
